Shipping Policy

Shipping times:

All orders shipped to the UK should expect to be received within two to five business days upon payment verification. We start processing your order no earlier than 6 hours after it is placed. Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to completely fulfil your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Parcel packaging:

We often utilise Amazon Fulfilment Services to get our products to you faster through Prime delivery. Therefore you may receive an Amazon package rather than our own custom branded boxes.

All your orders are sent via FedEx, UPS, DPD or USPS.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our site. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
