What is Dentasheen?

Dentasheen is a dental appliance cleaner, target at improving hygiene for all, particularly people who have retainers and have struggled to find a cleaning solution. Our effervescence tablets have been designed to target odour-causing bacteria, plaque and tarter, and discolouration.

How does Dentasheen work?

Our tablets are water soluble and activate a rapid effervescence fizz that surrounds your retainer in a mint flavoured cleaning solution, removing odour-causing bacteria, plaque and tarter. The solution is fast acting and can clean your retainer in as little as 15 minutes. Dentasheen cleaner ensures that your braces are left fresh and squeaky clean every time, helping you maintain your oral hygiene.

Each of our tablets come foil wrapped, individually sealed for hygiene, you won't find them sticking together or dissolving once the packaging is open. 

How does long does it take to clean my retainer?

Dentasheen tablets act fast, cleaning your dental appliance in as little as 15 minutes. You need to ensure that your retainer is fully submerged in the solution and you should leave it in the solution for longer to get rid of stubborn stains.

How do I track my order?

We will send an email with your tracking number after your order! You can track your order using your code and link. 

How long is the shipping time?

All orders shipped to the UK should expect to be received within two to five business days upon payment verification. Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Orders placed at the weekend will be processed Monday morning.

What if I am not home for the delivery? 

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually (but not always) the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.

Package has "Delivered" status, but I have not received it?

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

I placed an order but I can't find a confirmation email. What do I do?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at admin@dentasheen.com

Can I change my order/address?

Though we highly encourage you to double-check colours, sizes, and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders no earlier than 6 hours after they are placed, giving you enough time to correct any issues. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at admin@dentasheen.com within 6 hours, before your order is shipped and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre then we cannot make changes to the order.

Is there a tax or customs fee?

Our products include any UK taxes within the pricing. You will only be charged the amount displayed at checkout and no further fees should be due.

If you are an overseas customer outside of the UK, you may experience additional charges to your imports.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

If you decide to cancel your order after the 6 hours cancellation window has passed then we will provide a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. This is due to our orders being processed and shipped daily, we are unable to cancel an order after 6 hours have passed. If your order has shipped then we cannot process a refund right away, you will be required to return the product to us. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@dentasheen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
