What is Dentasheen? +
Dentasheen is a dental appliance cleaner designed to improve hygiene, particularly for people with retainers who have struggled to find a suitable cleaning solution. Our effervescent tablets are designed to target odour, stains, plaque, tartar and discolouration.
How does Dentasheen work? +
Our tablets are water soluble and activate a rapid effervescent fizz that surrounds your retainer in a mint-flavoured cleaning solution, helping to remove odours, stains, plaque and tartar.
The solution is fast acting and can clean your retainer in as little as 15 minutes. Dentasheen helps leave your braces, retainers or aligners fresh and clean, supporting your oral hygiene routine.
Each tablet is foil wrapped and individually sealed for hygiene, so you will not find them sticking together or dissolving once the packaging is open.
How long does it take to clean my retainer? +
Dentasheen tablets act fast, cleaning your dental appliance in as little as 15 minutes. Make sure your retainer is fully submerged in the solution. For stubborn stains, leave it in the solution for longer.

How do I track my order? +
We will send you an email with your tracking number after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the tracking code and link provided.
How long is the shipping time? +
UK orders should usually be received within two to five business days after payment verification.
Please note that we require one to two working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is usually between two and three business days, depending on your country or region.
Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
What if I am not home for the delivery? +
Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. Usually, although not always, the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is home, and you may collect your parcel from your nearest post office. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.
My package says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do? +
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If tracking confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or courier to investigate.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the order address.
I placed an order but cannot find a confirmation email. What do I do? +
Please make sure your email address was entered correctly when placing your order. Kindly check your spam or junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact our support team at contact@dentasheen.com.
Can I change my order or address? +
We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details and address before placing an order. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
We process orders no earlier than six hours after they are placed, giving you time to correct any issues. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@dentasheen.com within six hours, before your order is shipped, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
If your order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, we cannot make changes to the order.
Is there a tax or customs fee? +
Our prices include any applicable UK taxes. You will only be charged the amount displayed at checkout, and no further UK fees should be due.
If you are an overseas customer outside the UK, you may experience additional import charges, taxes or duties depending on your country.
Can I cancel my order for a refund? +
If you decide to cancel your order after the six-hour cancellation window has passed, we may provide a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. This is because our orders are processed and shipped daily, and we are unable to cancel an order after six hours have passed.
If your order has shipped, we cannot process a refund immediately. You will be required to return the product to us. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
How do I return an item? +
To start a return, contact us at contact@dentasheen.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
